Construction: The cabinet is made of solid Red Oak wood treated with linseed oil. The handle, grill, and screws are all stainless steel. The transformer is ozone proof. Wires are kept in an electrical box that helps to prevent wire corrosion. The transformer and ozone plate sit on a stainless steel plate that slides outside the unit for easy access to the main components for easy cleaning or replacement of parts.
Innovative Design: The best thing about our ozone generators is their easy to open, easy to maintain design. All other ozone generators on the market collect toxic mold, viruses, bacteria, VOC's, and otherwise toxic dust inside since nobody ever opens their ozone generator after each use to clean it of any toxins it might have collected while in use. (in a toxic environment no less) Over time, that dust and grime destroys the ozone plates and the fan. It also causes switches and relays, etc to fail. That's not a problem with our ozone generators! For starters, the 105 CFM fan features an electrostatic pre-filter that captures the larger particles and helps keep the inside dust free. What dust does make it past the filter is easy to remove with a baby wipe or damp paper towel by simply pulling up on the stainless steel front grill then pulling out the ozone board. We know customers are lazy when it comes to properly maintaining their equipment, so we made it super easy to stay on top of essential maintenance chores by designing our OG-3600 ozone generator without the need of a screw driver or having to remove and replace 8 screws to gain access to the inside of your unit.. Disclaimer: Ozone in high concentrations irritates the lungs unless it has something in the air to oxidize, for instance, second hand smoke or VOC's. If ozone does not oxidize something within 30-40 minutes however, it will revert back to oxygen however.
