All Ozone Generator Rentals (for USA only) include free 2 day shipping both ways (pre-paid USPS label included).  You must order with a credit card.  We pre-authorize the full purchase price at the time of rental then refund the balance once the unit is returned in satisfactory condition. (Not damaged. Damaged units subject to a service charge. See contract below for more details. Renting unit subjects renter to our contract terms and conditions.

Ozone Generator Rental Contract

Terms:  Rental period starts when ozone generator is delivered based on the Delivery Confirmation Delivery Time. (Scanned by Poster Handler upon Delivery)  In order to avoid paying for extra days, please return to post 3 days after receipt.  If day 3 falls on a Sunday, you may return it to the Post Office on Monday.

Late Fees:  Every additional day will result in the following charges: OG-3600: $10 a day. 3 OG-KITS: $15 a day.

Damaged Property:  All scratches and scrapes are noted before each rental.  See a copy of your rental agreement included with your package for a list of pre-existing scratches and scrapes.  If the unit is returned with deep scratches or dents from being dropped form a high distance, we may charge customer a $10 touch-up fee.

If equipment fails during your rental period, return it for a partial refund as long our electrical tests show the damage was not caused by water or improper usage in which case a repair fee of up to $40 may be applied.  Improper usage includes improper power source (220V for 110V units) or allowing water to short the transformer (water vapor will be present inside burned out transformer).

Pre-Authorization.  Upon rental, we will charge your credit card for a deposit equal to the total price of the unit.  Upon return, we will issue a refund immediately minus any extra charges per this contract.
