Warrant Details

All of our ozone generators come with an industry best lifetime warranty on the power transformer, the most expensive part of the unit.  The wiring (except for fuse) has a 5 year warranty.  The only other parts of our ozone generators which will need to be replaced over time are the fan, high voltage ozone plates, and fuse. The 100 CFM AC fans comes with a 1 year warranty from the fan manufacturer.  The ozone plates are not covered by the warranty.  Left dirty to run in humid areas, you can burn through and ozone plate within 100 hours.  Our easy open design allows you to wipe the ozone plate and keep it grime free which will ensure long life.  Replacement plates are available for $17 / free S&H.  The fuses can be purchased at anywhere such as Radio Shack or in the "Parts" section of our store.  

If you should need warranty work, you must first call us Toll Free at 866-675-4003 during our business hours in order to get an RMA number and shipping instructions.

Money Back Guarantee

Most vendors charge a 20-30%  restocking fee if you decide to return their product.  We want our customers to be happy, so we don't charge a restocking fee.  We do however charge a $10 a day rental period if you're not happy with our product and choose to convert your purchase into a rental, since we rent our machines from $10-$15 a day.   Bottom line, if you receive the unit and you're not happy with it for whatever reason, you'll know right away (doesn't take 30 days).  Call us right away and arrange for the return within the first 7 days if you're not happy with our product for whatever reason and we'll gladly refund your money (except shipping fees) and the daily rental fee.
