Product Warranty

All of our ozone generators come with an industry best lifetime warranty on the power transformer, the most expensive part of the unit.  The wiring (except for fuse) has a 5 year warranty.  The only other parts of our ozone generators which will need to be replaced over time are the fan, high voltage ozone plates, and fuse. The 110 CFM AC fans comes with a 1 year warranty from the fan manufacturer.   It is rated for 10,000 hours can cost $25 / Free S&H to replace.  The ozone plates are not covered by the warranty.  Left dirty to run in humid areas, you can burn through and ozone plate within 100 hours.  They cost $15 to replace.  Our easy open design allows you to wipe the ozone plate and keep it grime free which will ensure long life. Our units are made without any soldering so that our customers can easily fix things once they fail.  The lack of switches, relays and other "prone to fail" electronic parts will ensure your ozone generator lasts a lifetime and never needs any "factory service" repairs.  Everything is easily accessible and easy to fix.  

Most vendors charge a 30%  restocking fee if you decide to return their product.  We want our customers to be happy, so we don't charge a restocking fee.  We do however charge a $10 a day rental period if you're not happy with our product and choose to convert your purchase into a rental, since we rent our machines from $10 a day.   Bottom line, if you receive the unit and you're not happy with it for whatever reason, you'll know right away (doesn't take 30 days).  Call us right away and arrange for the return right away if you're not happy with our product.  Fair is fair.
