OG-54G features three 18,000 mg/h, 5 generator ozone "grids" that side in and out of the 22" x 22" Oak and Stainless Steel box.   Each grid has it's own power cord, fuse, etc.  If you blow a transformer, you still have 14 left you're not out of business like other commercial ozone generators with only 1 or 2 transformers.  When it comes to ozone generators, the only spec's you need to know is: 1) How many KV (kilovolts) is the transformer and 2) How many? and 3) What type of ozone plate technology is used?.  Forget about the vendors

stated ozone output.  1KV of transformer power will create around 1000 mg/h. You can't create more than 4000 mg/h with a 4KV transformer.  We'll give any vendor who proves us wrong $1000 cash if they can prove us wrong!  (sound of crickets in the background, we're still waiting, as of 2009)

We sell 3 versions of the Turbo Ozone Blaster.  The OG-18G is, a one rack 18 g/h version, a two rack 36g/h version, and for very large commercial jobs, a 54g/h three rack version.  What does it take to produce over 18,000 mg/h of ozone?  The answer, 5 high voltage 4KV ozone generator transformers, 5 high voltage ceramic ozone plates, and a 2000+ CFM 22" box fan to feed the ozone plates all the oxygen they need!  (we recommend placing unit in a window to keep the ozone plates fed with a constant steam of fresh air for max ozone output)  

The OG-54G Turbo Ozone Blaster is 22" x 22" and 15" deep. The OG-36G Turbo Ozone Blaster is 22" x 14" and 15" deep.  The OG-18G Turbo Ozone Blaster is 21" x 8" and 12" high and features dual 7" fans.

1) Independent Ozone Generators / Lifetime Warranty.  Each ozone grid features 5 independent high voltage power 4KV ozone generators.  If one fails, you're still in business!  Simply send it in for a free replacement (lifetime warranty on the power transformers).  .
